All orders are processed within 3-10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom, made-to-order, and bulk orders may require additional production time. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Down Yonder Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sonny@downyonderapparel.com and include photos of the damage.
